First office to achieve a perfect score on all office metrics expected of managing dentists, practice mangers, and clinics in 2007. • Created and implemented a patient product program to increase patient compliance with home care and increase revenue by more than $100,000. • Refined clinical sterilization processes to reduce staff injuries, increase patient safety standards, and reduce major equipment degradation.• Trained practice managers, department directors, and regional directors in the area of practice management.• Project team member for the training and implementation of a new electronic patient management system.
