 Designed programs to for the development and retention of new business to generate and achieve revenue goals. Provide strategic direction to the Guest Development department to establish programs that will acquire new Asian guests and successfully retain existing guests to increase revenue. Work closely with other departments to coordinate activities. Build relationships, market gaming product to potential high limit guests, and travel to various markets to meet new potential high end players. Ensure maximum level of guest service to encourage guest return and loyalty. Supply coaching, mentoring, and training as needed to maximize host performance. Communicate and interact with guests to include but not limited to answer questions, extend invitations and resolve any related disputes. Respond to special requests of guests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous and professional manner. Ensure and facilitate effective communication and flow of information to player development team. Update and ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and regulations.

Develop and maintain superior relationships with guests by equal utilization of professionalism and personality. Seek new and targeted players to inform them of the benefits of all player development programs. Create events, supervise Executive hosts/hosts including time to time training for player development program. Track and monitor guest feedback and participation on an on-going basis to determine program effectiveness. Acquire and retain Grand Victoria Hotel & Casino guests by providing personal one on one ultimate guest service both inside and outside the property and increase guest trip frequency and gaming revenues with the effective use of complimentary services.Supervise approximately twenty (20) team members at any given point in time on a casino property.
