Tim is a specialist in all aspects of financial services regulation from enforcement investigations and prosecutions to non contentious matters such as AR agreements.He has successfully represented clients denied banking services and in receipt of CIFAS fraud markers.He has defended individuals prosecuted by the FCA, SFO, CPS Fraud Division (including Revenue & Customs Prosecution Office), NCA, CoLP, BiS and ICO.Because of his experience defending against the FCA and his time working on dual track investigations (regulatory and criminal) in the Enforcement division there, Tim has particular expertise in FCA Investigations.
