The project had resulted in an immediate saving of over $470,000 and a longer term reduction in cementing costs of over 20%.- Successfully managing a number of contracts, resulting in the beneficial expansion of services whilst at the same time realising saving through renegotiated and business improvement initiatives. This has achieved savings in excess of $5.32 million over forecast spend. - Created a Quality Management Plan, outlining the QA/QC requirements for the successful delivery of Wells.
