My father instilled my work ethic and character by allowing me to work odd jobs at the age of 7. Mom instilled my morals and thought process of "doing what was right" and to treat others "as you would want to be treated". At the age of 13 I got my first "real job" working after school that allowed me to gain product knowledge for my current business Bit Brokers International Ltd... that I established in 1988.My goal when I started Bit Brokers International with only a pick up truck and a credit card, was become the worlds leading independent supplier of drilling tools. Nearly 25 years later I am about to reach this goal. I would estimate that Bit Brokers is definitely in the top 10 right now, and foresee that in the next 5 years to reach my ultimate goal as being the top dog. It has been a long hard road with tons of ups and downs starting and managing my own business. During this time I have been able to travel the globe and gain many close friends in the drilling industry... and have seen things that most people can only dream of. I am very grateful for the opportunity to live in the United States of America to be able to accomplish all my short term goals... while in pursuit of my ultimate goal. My mentor... business philosopher Jim Rhone who I met and changed my life at the age of 25. RIP Jim Rhone.Specialties: Being ahead of the curve by self education by studying market trends and needs. Creating new markets and being able to read people to make "gut" decisions and keeping emotions and greed at bay while making these decisions.
