I was responsible for Project Development of Design-Build Projects: Developed Feasibility/Conceptual Budgets; Solicited/Awarded Consultant Contracts; Managed Design Process from Schematic Design to Design Development to Permitting/Construction Documents; Provided Pre-Construction Reporting to Clients; Provided Budget Control throughout the Design Process; Directed Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Process; Completed Quantity Surveys; Solicited Bids; Awarded Subcontractor Contracts and Supplier Purchase Orders; and Prepared Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposals. Projects consisted of Educational, Retail, Health Care and Hotel facilities ($1M to $30M projects).

I was responsible for Managing the Pre-Construction Department and was a member of the Management Team: Directed Department's Standardization Process; Met Weekly with Pre- Construction Manager's; Held Bi-Weekly Department Meetings; Assigned Projects; Reviewed Estimates; Scheduled and Attended Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal Meetings; Assisted with Business Development; and Performed Pre-Construction Manager Duties.

I was responsible for Estimating, Managing the Estimating Department, and was a member of the Executive and ISO Steering Committees:Held Weekly Department Meetings; Assigned Projects; Reviewed Estimates; Assisted with Business Planning; Participated in Sales Presentations; Developed Conceptual Budgets; Managed Design Process from Schematic Design to Design Development to Permitting/Construction Documents; Provided Budget Control throughout the Design/Build Process; Solicited Bids and Awarded Subcontractor Contracts and Supplier Purchase Orders; Qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers; and Prepared Proposals and Bid Forms. Projects consisted of Office, Technical, Industrial, Distribution, Auto Dealership, Financial Institution, Municipal, Recreational, Church, Hotel and Residential facilities. Major Projects: Delphi World Headquarters ($32M), LDM Corporate Headquarters ($20M), Skylofts of Royal Oak ($15M) and Liberty Lofts ($12M).
