Responsible for planning and delivering construction and field operations for the installation across 139 well pads  Provided leadership and direction in maintaining the detailed construction plan and project schedule and managed the HSE, procurement, logistics and quality requirements  Monitored staff schedules and proactively managed the schedule in the field with demonstrated commitments to safety as a core value resulting in receiving several Safety Achievement awards and achieving zero recordable safety incidents  Implemented risk management and managed all site staff providing coordination between engineering, project controls and contracts management  Maintained client relationship through regular meetings, report submission and developing communication channels  Identified skills shortages and introduced training requirements to support project needs  Introduced streamlined work processes that ensured staff stayed on task for longer periods of time, bought in specialised equipment reducing the installation programme  Organised and established Land Access for all construction works across both Brownfield and Greenfield sites  Created and maintained Excavation Plans for staff and contractors to enable permit issuing and access to construction areas.  Maintained civil works restoration works for completion and handover of constructed sites to client
