- Responsible for day-to-day investment execution and operation across $5 Billion in interval fund strategies (real estate and credit), including investment analysis, valuation, liquidity and performance - Lead on all aspects of treasury management, forecasting sources and uses, facilitating lender relationships, borrowing needs and covenant oversight on over $1 Billion in lines of credit - Engage with relevant parties within the fund network including legal, marketing, sales, and accounting in accordance with regulatory calendar and other strategic initiatives - Prepare and present formal quarterly and annual fund reporting to the Board of Trustees - Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with service providers (auditor, accounting, custody etc.)- Present fund strategies to financial advisors and diligence officers to expand sales network- Report directly to the CFO while managing a team of associates responsible for daily workflow- Develop industry relationships with investment partners, through active engagement and conferences

- Provided direct oversight of JPMorgan’s 100+ retail mutual fund offerings under the Treasurer, including accounting and financial statement review, implementation of new products launches, liaison with internal and external parties on all fund related matters and providing direct support on strategic initiatives within the firm.- Utilized various technical and fundamental tools to oversee integrity of the funds’ books and records- Implemented new policies and procedures adherent with GAAP and other regulatory requirements- Supported strategic initiatives such as fund launches, liquidations and in-kind transactions- Served as a primary contact for all inquiries related to fund operations and SEC filings across the firm
