Having always owned my own businesses, I have extensive experience in people management, client relations and general business operations. After selling my last business, I had my very first Job Interview at the age of 39, with Enforce Security Services.Currently at Enforce, I am the National Training Manager, which also incorporates the Recruiting Arm of the business as well as the Shooting Range. With originally only 2 years experience in Security/Military (During National Service), I have very quickly learned whats what in the Security Industry and certainly can hold my own now with the "old hands" in this industry.As with all labour intense industries, I have an extremely good working knowledge of Unions, HR and IR issues and have learned very quickly what consistenct and transparency really means.
