This involved integrating processes from JazzHR to BambooHR, creating new workflows that worked within BambooHR, and training HR team and hiring team on new workflows. The result was overall savings and more efficient workflows in the hiring process through ATS/HRIS consolidation.

• Post new positions to internal and external job boards and repost as needed to ensure inflow of applications• Aid in Brand development and promotion through Social Media posts, Job Postings, and Swag/Booth Materials during career fairs/school events• Attend Career fairs and portfolio shows• Conduct reference checks and prepare/send offer letters• Assist with onboarding tasks such as collection and filing of onboarding documents, scheduling onboarding calls with production, and collecting tax documents• Track and administer Referral gifts• Maintain data integrity of ATS (JazzHR)
