The reliability improvement plan uses data to drive decision making priorities for both infrastructure / facilities and manufacturing equipment improvement and / or replacement.Key Accomplishments:- Completed an accelerated project to build the Imagine Studio to facilitate the launch of a new agency wing of the company. - Recovered operations to ensure business continuity when a medium voltage transformer failed after a power surge. Successfully replaced the failed transformer.- Implementing enterprise-wide CMMS system to gain visibility to key maintenance metrics and spare parts inventory. - Completed the installation of a new vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) to allow for improved material flow between floors. This was negotiated as landlord funded project.- Facilitated the installation and start up of new equipment in Shakopee, MN and Charlotte, SC.
