Selected for an interim position to oversee the rebuilding of a company in financial distress. Instructed key personnel in marketing local and nationwide, charter schedule’s for the vessels; oversaw the maintenance of the vessels, and the various permits for Coast Guard and NOAA. Instrumental in developing new markets in the fishing charter business. Was responsible for development of commercial and residential mortgage leads from various sources including but not limited to Realtor, builders, financial professionals, past customers and other nontraditional sources. Provide borrower with access to all types of mortgages including “A” paper, ALT-A, sub-prime, full documentation, and more. Originated mortgage applications, ran DU, determined loan approval, conditioned the file, performed rate lock function, and negotiated interest rates while maintaining trusted relationships with borrowers. Produced high quality loans which complied with all Federal and State compliance policies/requirements while always providing exceptional customer service. The attention to detail resulted in monthly increases in loan volume, revenue dollars per loan and continued referrals.
