As an Information Technology graduate from Seminole State College, I have developed the skill set required for IT support and network administration. My 14 years of work experience as a results driven sales manager running million-dollar retail camera stores provided me with a solid track record in building and maintaining business relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. I worked routinely with all mechanical, technical, and networked aspects of store and lab operations. My ability to educate both employees and end-users about technology was honed as a corporate trainer. Troubleshooting issues over the phone and in person, as well as delivering presentations to large and small groups regarding new technology for retail systems and photographic equipment and software. I am looking for a position with an organization with the goal of developing into a system or network administration role.
