Provided guidance to 13 medical facilities on personnel issues, hospital policy, operating instructions, medical malpractice, liability, privacy rules, ethics, research, and training affiliations with civilian hospitals. Negotiated agreements governing programs vital to operation of hospital, including agreement allowing military hospitals in San Antonio to provide trauma service to civilian community. Assisted hospital leaders in creating appropriate billing procedures for its training programs. Served as legal advisor to AF Surgeon General’s team revising credentialing regulations. Provided training to medical providers and attorneys on medical law issues.

Central Criminal Court Of Iraq (Ccci) Liaison Office, U.S. Embassy, Iraq

Deployed to Baghdad, Iraq to manage cell which coordinated VTC investigative hearings involving terrorists and Iraqi insurgents. Led team which managed an 800-case docket and held hearings against over 300 detainees. Personally presented evidence against accused terrorists and insurgents. Transformed CCCI operations, which allowed witnesses located in U.S. to testify in Iraq via VTC.

Led office with busiest military justice program in Europe. Litigated courts-martial. Helped create correctional facility to rehabilitate minor offenders. Briefed senior leaders on criminal matters.
