My roll at All Clear Inspections as a Senior Building Inspector is to undertake pre purchase Building & Pest Inspections, Asbestos Audits, Handover Reports & Condition Reports. As a trainee Asbestos Assessor, I undertake air monitoring on commercial and residential non-friable asbestos removal sites, asbestos sampling, clearance certificates and more.

During my time at Ladex Constructions, I was involved in all aspects of the construction processes, some of these include but not limited to:- tendering and scheduling - project planning using Microsoft project- site supervision- conducting toolbox meetings and site inductions- making sure appropriate safety protocols were in place before works commenced - heavily involved in earthmoving and commercial build projects
