I was one of the Project Managers for a large capital project to replace the City's parking technology solution. The project included the installation of 6,300 parking sensors, the retrofit of 450 parking meters, delivery of two ANPR vehicles, a smart payment application, an enforcement application, an electronic permit solution and a cloud-based reporting suite. This also included coding the kerb for 6,500 parking bays and the removal and safe disposal of 6,000 previously installed sensors.The integrated smart parking solution was class-leading within Local Governments in Australia due to its scale, complexity and approach. The project relied upon various data integrations between technology partners and the internal Digital City team. The project required working collaboratively with several suppliers and numerous internal business representatives. A significant part of the project was the delivery of two ANPR vehicles which integrated with the City's existing enterprise solution. The supplier's system was developed to suit the business requirements, whilst taking advantage of the automatic illegal parking identification, processing and file transfer capabilities. More than 5,500 illegal parking zones were mapped into the solution. The “Park Safe” program was introduced in school zones and high pedestrian areas throughout the city with a focus on detecting unsafe parking offences. I managed timings, finances, risk management, stakeholder engagement and provided regular presentations to the senior governance committee. The combined efforts of technology partners, professional project resources and business representatives, ensured a successful delivery of the program.

Lead a team of seven administration officers responsible for processing more than 20,000 annual appeals, enquires and statutory declarations Manage enquiries from Councillors , the Mayor, Queensland Ombudsman Office and provide expert advice to legal representatives regarding matters to be heard in court. Responsible for developing business processes to achieve efficient and effective administration functions. Member of the State Penalties Enforcement Register (SPER) Fine Recoveries Working Group, where stakeholders would collaborate to enhance the Queensland state fine recovery process.
