In my role as Managing Hub Director, I was responsible for the overall performance of the organization and its 75 student consultants. I led a team of five Managing Consultants, each overseeing one of our regional hubs. My role involved coaching, supporting, and guiding these Managing Consultants across key areas such as leadership, performance, and recruitment.A core aspect of my responsibilities was ensuring my team successfully secured enough projects from both existing and new clients to keep all consultants engaged in meaningful client work. Together with my team, we managed all business development efforts, in which I oversaw the process, set strategic priorities, and provided guidance to ensure our consultants’ skills aligned with client needs and organizational goals.In addition to project acquisition, I focused on Talent Experience, with an emphasis on recruiting and retaining top talent through engagement initiatives. I contributed to organizing events to build strong connections among consultants within and between our five hubs to ensure integration with the broader Student Consultant organization.

In my role as Consultant I have supported several global projects involving talent management and development for one of the largest confectionery companies in the world.

In my capacity as a consultant, I coordinated a tender process for a softwarebroker catering to a prominent Dutch university. My role involved collecting the necessary information through interviews and subsequently drafting various documents, including scope delineation, the Program of Requirements and Desires, and a bidding form. The total scale of this tender process amounted to several million euros in value.

In my role as Consultant for Student Consultant I work for the Information Management department at a large installation technology company. As a Functionality Administrator it is my responsibility to coordinate, distribute and resolve incidents within the department. Furthermore, I have proposed and executed initiatives for improvement to enhance our service towards the business and reduce the number of incidents.

In a team of three consultants, serving as Project Manager and Consultant, I was responsible for an exploratory market research endeavor focused on the electricity, gas, and hydrogen sectors. This initiative was conducted on behalf of a medium-sized specialist in telecom infrastructure in the Netherlands.The scope of our exploratory market research involved an in-depth analysis of key stakeholders, activities, entry barriers, industry developments, and opportunities within the aforementioned energy sectors. Furthermore, we provided choice matrices to assess and compare various opportunities across these domains. The outcomes of our efforts were presented in a comprehensive research report that was delivered to the company's executive team.

In my role as a Project Manager and Consultant, I spearheaded a process optimization project team of four consultants. The project was targeted at refining the sales process for new-build homes, spanning from project inception to ultimately home delivery, within one of the largest construction firms in the Netherlands.Our project centered on conducting in-depth interviews, drafting process models, and scrutinizing industry best practices. This comprehensive approach resulted in the formulation of fifteen actionable recommendations for both short and medium-term implementation. These recommendations are poised to enable the company to initiate immediate improvements in the areas of quality, efficiency and uniformity.

As Managing Consultant at Student Consultant, I am responsible for the Eindhoven - Tilburg Hub, with about 20 consultants. It is my responsibility to lead and support this Hub to ensure optimal performance. This includes being responsible for executing Student Consultant's strategy, forming a team of ambitious student consultants and the performance of the consultants within the Hub. Furthermore, I have a seat in Student Consultant's MT, which makes me co-responsible for shaping the company's strategy. In addition, I have to hire new student consultants within the Hub and carry the responsibility of Student Consultant recruitment strategy and process.Finally, I motivate and coach my team members to let them perform optimally on both internal and external projects and support and enable my team members to develop themselves within the SC Hub. It is my task to monitor the right balance between bonding, process improvements, personal development and performance.

In my role as Consultant for Student Consultant I have designed an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for a large IT consulting firm within the BeNeLux. Together with the project team we have redesigned and updated the EVP in which the employer lays out its promise for its current and future employees. The EVP was drafted through interviews with executives and four workshops with employees that recently had joined the company. The output of these workshops and interviews was used to modernise the EVP. Upon completion the result was shared with the top-60 of the company.

Student Consultant is a strategic and business consultancy firm that is entirely run by highly educated and ambitious students. The consultants are young, enthusiastic and have sharp analytical skills, enabling them to provide innovative solutions for a wide range of organizational issues. The goal of the organization is to make consultancy accessible to both students and organizations, resulting in innovative and valuable collaborations.

In my role as Consultant for Student Consultant, I have contributed to a problem analysis that was executed by BluPoint and commissioned by the umbrella organisation of grid operators. We conducted more than 20 interviews with relevant stakeholders to identify the bottlenecks in the sector. Besides that, three workshops were organised concerning three themes to discuss the bottlenecks and possible solutions. Finally, a consultancy report was drafted and handed over to the grid operators and the market watchdog.

In my role as a Consultant at Student Consultant, I have supported one of the largest Dutch telecom companies as an Information Analysis Specialist. I have offered support in the hypercare phase after a major system migration within the Corporate Procurement Office. I have provided support to the companies’ +-320 suppliers to facilitate a smooth transition and improve business processes where necessary. It was also my responsibility to create the documentation for a knowledge base to provide additional support to the suppliers and company managers.
