In my function as the Plant and Equipment Coordinator, I started up a cost reduction project with reference to the rental of Tools & Equipment. The project had a 30% cost reduction as result. Vision:My vision is to provide outstanding and efficient service in relation to T&E (Tools&Equipment). Mission:My mission is to coordinate the rental Equipment for the execution of the scope of work in the planning. To bring the T&E process to a higher standard, higher efficiency and lower cost I will implement improvements for the following aspects: Safety, Communication, Real-time (Cost) Transparency and Logistics. Goals:- SafetyTo provide T&E according to the highest safety and quality standard in cooperation with vendors. -Communication:Stronger 2 way communication stream with all departments involvedTransparency:Cost transparency Measurement by KPI-Logistics & Procedures:Conduct & Improve order processflow Conduct & Improve Buy-off process

Main target: Improve process flows of the supply and backload of rental Equipment. Responsibilities:-Take an active lead in safety and maintain the excellent safety record of the project by encouraging the practice of the safety culture-Liaise with area coordinator regarding areas where suitable improvements can be made; challenging, where appropriate, the existing standards.-Focal point for construction & maintenance department with reference to material and rental Equipment issues and will assist with the resolving of material issues, both before start of job as reacting on additional requirements identified from offshore.-Supply technical feedback about all Tools&Equipment -Unflagging (release) material for shipments.-Order top-up materials, Tools & Equipment (short notice) in close liaison with supply chain, vendor and HUB(shore base)-Check material, Tools & Equipment status as soon as work pack is issued for construction and will assure that material, Tools & Equipment availability for execution of work and I will give feedback and identify any impacts upon construction activities.-Maintain and register all material, Tools & Equipment issues in SAP.-The most important end-results in the job against which the individual performing the job will be held accountable are as follows:-Improved acceptability from the customers in Operations-Ensured value of construction.-Ability to meet scheduled dates-KPI (Key Performance Indicator)-measurement for delivery performance vendors.-Contract-mediator
