My interests lies in the field of Digital Transformation / Digitization in Construction or Process management and Supply Chain Integration. Primarily in the modular and industrialized construction domain. Responsible and independent work, integrated in the enriching exchange of a team, are part of my working attitude. Analytical thinking and the highest motivation in dealing with complex problems characterize my previous experiences and are my strengths. The solution-oriented work in multicultural teams is also part of my everyday life. Through my scientific background combined with my practical knowledge in construction engineering, I am able to combine engineering, management skills, and research. Since I am particularly interested in analytical, conceptual and strategic work, I am able to develop implementation strategies, roadmaps or the development / optimization of process models as well as transformation of organizational models for specific projects and challenges. Enthusiasm, an unlimited commitment and last but not least fun in daily new challenges are essential in my personal drive.
