Technology Support Specialist
Current- Resolve technology-related issues from teachers, administrative staff, and students, ensuring timely and effective resolutions through our Web help desk ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, projectors, Chromebooks, and educational software, utilizing computer imaging technologies.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within the district’s network using Windows Active Directory and Google Admin Console.
- Setup and maintain Chromebooks, including hardware repairs and software troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity and bandwidth problems.
