Lead multiple roles in the software, electronics, IoT, consumer goods, renewable energy, aerospace, bio-life sciences, medical device, and diversified industrial industries by interfacing directly with clients. Assess talent needs and participate in search initiation. Lead the sourcing strategy to ensure top qualified candidates are presented in a timely fashion. Coordinate interviews and handle negotiation of the offer.Currently lead a team of 3 FTEs through a requisition load of 15 – 20 executive level searches, Director to C-Suite. Partner with 12 – 15 external hiring managers to truly understand their needs of skill, fit, culture, and diversity.

Serve as a liaison between clients and candidates for new opportunities. Interface directly with clients, presenting highly qualified candidates for various multi-industry executive roles. Responsible to source and screen candidates in order to provide the top qualified talent to our clients. Maintain and upkeep internal databases and files related to searches and marketing domestically & abroad.Meet with current and potential clients presenting Vida Group's talent-providing capabilities. Through research and personalized contact, reach out to new, existing, and potential clients in both domestic and global emerging markets. Contact and interact with executives from multiple industries and different cultures in global markets providing them superior service through speed and relational recruitment.
