Responsible for the overall operation and strategic direction of the Amsterdam, Schiphol and Amstelveen hubs, with an emphasis in the areas of Operational Performance and Team Management.Amsterdam Area is one of the top 5 biggest operations in the EU, and by far the the biggest operation in The Netherlands with approximately 1000 active drivers doing on average 60.000 orders per month.- Leading a team of 13, direct and indirect reports. Focus on engagement and performance.- Overseeing the development and maintenance of the cities KPIs and SLAs, and proactively seeking for process improvement to ensure high quality of service- Ensuring high quality through Training and Performance Management- Long term planning, growth plans, and equipment - Focusing on improving quality and cutting costs - Ensuring the area complies with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations- Together with my team, managing overall operations and making sure daily tasks run smoothly- Managing and building relationships with key Partner restaurants- Close collaboration with different departments, (Sales & Account Management, Recruitment, Expansion, etc.)Besides main responsibilities, I'm involved in expansion projects – I have been leading the expansion of our operations into 4 remote hubs in North Holland.
