With more than 22 years of experience in the healthcare and benefit industry, Tim is a proven resource in the analysis and implementation of healthcare and benefit solutions. Prior to joining CBCA, Tim served as President and Managing Partner of Engage Health LLC, a Texas-based organization providing wellness and health management solutions. Tim also served as Vice President at Mercer where he gained expertise in all aspects of employee benefits and program budgeting and funding strategies for health and welfare plans, and as Vice President of Operations at Bridge Benefits, Inc. Tim received his bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio.Tim’s unique multi-disciplined experience allows him to successfully serve in a dual role within the organization. In addition to being responsible for developing new business relationships and new business growth, Tim is responsible for managing the senior-level relationships with a number of our key clients and supporting Account Management.
