Provided significant contributions during the early startup of the Quality Assurance and Testing Service practice that resulted in a standalone practice dedicated to selling, solutioning and delivering contracted testing services and products. Collaborated with other practice leaders to grow the QAT practice sales pipeline by 300% in 180 days that translated to 100+ new global hires and resulted in a sustained sales pipeline of $40M within six months.Ensured the delivery of services met contracted specifications, service level agreements, scope, budget and gross margins.
