 Account Management – Coordinating and presenting to, as well as building relationships with key stakeholders at a head office level within the Health and Aged Care industries.  Solution Selling – Being able to identify what issues and problems our customers are having, and provide a solution for that problem.  Providing information and input for sales targets for our team to be assessed on.  Constantly achieving and exceeding sales budgets and KPIs.  Meeting sales targets, both by leveraging new products with current customers and finding new kitchens to use our products.  Continual improvement of myself as a sales person by taking part in all courses that were offered by Sunny Queen Australia, including Solutions Based Selling.  After only being in this role for one year I was able to develop an in depth knowledge of how the foodservice industry works and what is required to get distribution of products. I was able to invoke knowledge from other roles in order to achieve the results I have for Sunny Queen.  Attend and present at product trade shows  Developed a knowledge of the industry where I was able to competently support my colleagues that had been in the business for 5+ years.  Most of the incremental sales I achieved in this role came from sourcing new customers, from the catering, hospital and aged care industries, despite never having worked in this type of role before.  Being able to take charge of new product launches and adequately contribute to the state of Victoria being the number 1 in the country for selling these products.  I have opened up the country channels for Sunny Queen Australia which they had previously struggled to do.
