Since early 2022 I am the Co-CEO and Group Brand President BABOR & Premium Brands at BABOR BEAUTY GROUP. I am responsible for the corporate strategy as well as global marketing and sales. The position fits in alongside the senior leadership team of Co-CEOs Horst Robertz (Operations) and Stefan Kehr (Finance and HR). BABOR BEAUTY GROUP is a German family business and we develop, produce and market skincare. The core is the BABOR brand, the leading professional skincare in Europe – meaning skincare that is used in professional institutes/salons/spas. We have “opened up” this brand in recent years so that it is now also available online and at selected retail locations. We are where our customers are. The BABOR BEAUTY GROUP also has private label units. These units develop and produce skincare for well-known trade partners, for dermatologists, celebrities or wellness hotels. Speaking of developing and producing: we do everything at the company headquarters in Aachen and that is very important to us. Made in Germany, that is our quality promise and our promise to apply the highest sustainability standards. This is particularly important to us because we are a family business. We operate sustainably and think in terms of generations - for our customers, our employees and also the environment. This entrepreneurial mindset is important to us not only in within our senior leadership team. We invite all our employees to be intrapreneurs within the company.
