CurrentInvolved in the Company since April 1990 and a member of the Executive since 1994, his primary focus has been leadership of the strategic planning and positioning of the organization, including restructuring and consolidation, ownership succession, business analysis and planning, investment and acquisition, industry/market/products direction and business development and growth, of this now fourth generation privately held enterprise. In 2004, Tim was selected from candidates across Canada, by KPMG and Richard Ivey School of Business – University of Western Ontario, to join an elite group of Entrepreneurs. As a Quantum Shift Fellow, this Institute for Entrepreneurship provides continual business training and leadership development and a solid networking infrastructure to support effective development of his business.Mr. Walter has held select Board positions in Canada, including Ontario Chair of The Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters. This association works on behalf of manufacturers and exporters to provide education and influence to provincial and national governments on business issues and affairs to meet the dynamics of today’s global economy.
