I am a UX Researcher with a unique blend of experience across start-up, large enterprise, and academic environments. My projects have encompassed health-tech, e-commerce, and financial services, and I specialise in a mixed-methods approach. With a PhD in Computer Science, I have a solid understanding of research principles, including quantitative, qualitative, and statistical analysis.I have successfully delivered research grants focused on user research, including the UKRI Healthy Ageing Challenge project and the Longitude Prize on Dementia project. My passion for facilitating accessible design is demonstrated through my involvement in impactful initiatives, such as a large-scale research project with blind organizations across Europe and a co-design project with individuals living with dementia.My academic background centres on the perception of audio technology, and I have authored a range of journal and conference publications in this field, including Quality and User Experience and Personal and Ubiquitous Computing. I currently serve as an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Salford.
