Ran the CMM lab in both the Bar Building and Die Cast Building for Wisconsin Faucets Operation:CMM programmer - PC-DMIS, Faro Arm Laser Line scanning - PolyWorks, X-ray Technician• Executed first article inspection, capability studies, MSAs and layout reports that ensured part and process were to print and capable before start of production• Programed Brown & Sharpe DCC-CMM using PC-DMIS to evaluate and advise machining changes on setup parts prior to production run• Updated and rewrote CMM programs which reduced setup verification time from an average of 4 hours per part to 20 minutes per part• Participated in PPRs, PFEMAs and reviewed prints for proper GD&T callouts and accuracy and advised on changes to reflect machining capabilities and reduce machine downtime• Developed inspection plans which communicated specific gaging methods to ensure consistency among operators• Quoted, ordered, and receipted gaging to implement part specific measurement• Served as liaison to vendors for design and build of functional gaging preventing miscommunication• Performed internal audits, documented nonconformances, and investigated root cause• X-rayed castings and inspected for porosity preventing downstream scrap

Verified parts prior to start of production run and audited lines during order sequence:• Calibrated all gaging instruments ensuring accurate measurements and consistency• Inspected parts using durometers, optical comparator, and color analysis maintaining quality on the production line• Approved parts and packaging before final shipping to assure customer satisfaction
