Currently thinking about how we empower and engage those at the frontline of education inequity - the leaders, teachers and students - to be able to challenge the status quo and drive real change.Throughout my career I have worked alongside teachers and students to make our schools and classrooms be as effective - and enjoyable - as possible. Too often though we have left unchallenged the status quo of the system which can easily reinforce the inequity rather the circumvent it. If we empowered those facing these challenges each day in their classrooms, what would the change look like?
