Maintain district-wide wired and wireless network infrastructure. Adjust systems to maintain network performance. Work on project planning and management as it relates to network infrastructure design, security, and stability. Provide technical support to data center staff. Maintain physical security infrastructure including servers, network attached storage, surveillance cameras, and access control systems.

Responsible for all computer, software, networking and media services. Maintain, repair and install computer software, hardware and peripherals. Act as front line help desk for staff and students, assist in solving issues, and refer on as needed. Provide assistance and support for Distance Learning broadcasts and work with other technicians as necessary.- MS Windows/Apple/Linux operating systems, hardware and maintenance (Windows Client and networking OS and utilities); Distance Learning and Audio/Video technologies; IBM, Hardware expertise installing/service repair of Apple and related peripherals.- Provide technical support and monitoring of live broadcasts of Distance Learning classes.- Train faculty, staff and students in the use of Distance Learning classroom equipment, computer troubleshooting, audio-visual equipment, and/or software.- Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of hardware/software operation for Marinette campus and North Coast Training Center. May also prepare cost estimates and coordinate these activities with vendors.- Maintain inventory of diagnostic equipment, software, tools, parts and general operating supplies.- Assist in the evaluation, justification, specification, procurement, inspection, installation, and start-up of new computer equipment, software, networks and/or servers.- Install/assist with the installation of licensed software, upgrades and reconfigure software as needed.
