- The Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team supports corporates, large financial institutions and real estate clients in the process of raising and structuring debt- DCM Syndicate acts as intermediary between the public and private sectors, prepares pricing analyses based on market updates and is accountable for a smooth execution of bond issuances and bespoke debt transactions- Responsible for data analytics, automation of existing processes and the development of custom-made tooling within the DCM team. My goal is to serve our clients with data-driven market analyses based on quantitative methodologies.

- The Secured Debt team provides guidance and expertise in structuring complex financial products, portfolio trades, acquisitions, private placements, alternative debt constructions and other capital markets transactions, both on the buy and sell side- Product examples: ABS, Synthetic Securitisation, Sale-and-Leaseback, Credit Tenant Lease, OtD- Underlying assets include mortgages, consumers loans, auto leases, corporate receivables and CRE debt

- Products: Dutch owner-occupied and consumer buy-to-let mortgages, SME Loans- Reporting on portfolio valuation & composition, stratifications and pipeline forecasts- Pricing Committee: Interest rate determination on the (collective) bijBouwe and (private) Hypotrust Woon Bewust labels- Expert Judgement Committee: Quantitative analyses, valuation methodology monitoring and parameter adjustments- Commentary on the Dutch mortgage market and continiously evolving legislation- Governing mandate investor bank accounts with regard to cash and (eligible) collateral management - Credit Committee: Credit risk decisions on a loan-level, both for new and existing borrowers

- Establish and launch two direct lending platforms: Dutch consumer buy-to-Let mortgages & SME loans- Capital Requirement modelling under Solvency II, Basel/CRR/CRD IV and NFTK
