Plans, directs, and coordinates the operation of vehicle maintenance and repair programs for university owned vehicles.Plans, directs, and coordinates the university transit system.Prepares and directs in-service training programs for newly employed personnel.Reviews purchase requests for new and replacement vehicles.Prepares short and long range plans for transit system operation including transit routing and scheduling.Plans and administers a preventive maintenance and vehicular replacement program for university owned vehicles.Receives and processes vehicle accident and damage reports.Prepares cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports.

Provides operator task for the SAMS-IE operator at the RCV FRA-KU.Processes Work order request, receives and issues parts, turn-in documents, and personnel man hours. Assembles work order repair part kits, monitors and catalogs repair part data, equipment management, and work order status. Produces maintenance and supply reports as required and performs cost management as required by the PM.

Receives the 026 report and convert to data format using excel macros and other tools as required. Analyze 026 data from current day, previous day, and other time periods as required to identify closed work orders, new work orders, and identify battle damaged vehicles. Analyze 026 and develop pertinent information relating to requisitions for deadline vehicles. New requisition, closed requisitions, average time to close a requisitions, top parts average ESD, number of parts in BB status etc. Analyze deadline information for trends or unexpected conditions. Prepare additional reports and analysis as required
