One of my greatest assets for over the years has been to be able to maintain confidentiality in the performance my job duties and to help promote the safety and security of the institution. I have a great ability to prioritize on a daily basis, provide support to the Prison Units and Staff. My organizational skills are very good and in my current position, I use the outlook flag system and the calendar for Offender movement, Offender transport, Offender releases, upcoming meetings, Offender and staff ID’s and fingerprinting to name a few. I also have a desk calendar that I use for additional notes and messages. I have a task list written down on my desk that I follow every day, and this list is prioritized on what I need to complete first.I work well under stress and deadlines and I am able to multitask and function in a fast paced environment. I am well organized and have the ability to prioritize work load and daily tasks. I am an effective communicator both orally and in writing and work as a team player with the other staff. I am a strong supporter of workplace diversity and I will do my best to be your greatest asset any place that I may go.
