Tim works with people and organisations in change, working across the whole system with complex stakeholder groups. Recent coaching and team coaching clients include service and corporate heads, deputy CEO’s and directors, aspirant directors of public health in London, children’s services safeguarding and adult social services commissioning managers, politicians, fire and rescue service commanders and senior NHS clinicians and managers –with a focus on performance, career coaching, systems leadership and strategic thinking. He has recently carried out an organisational development review for a major Housing Association and an innovative ILM endorsed programme developing trained Action Learning facilitators as change agents at a local councilHe has worked with leaders at all levels in the NW London health and social care pioneer and with small community based organisations developing innovative new solutions for local services as part of the DCLG Our Place Programme and, at a practical level, managing major change within a charity in Oxford providing residential and hospice care and supporting vulnerable and older people.

Tim works with pan-sector teams, senior leadership teams, and clinicians within emerging Integrated Care Boards in different parts of the country; helping them build better relationships, develop new ways of working, having honest conversations and undertaking real work. This has included 'Leading in the Devon NHS', the Devon Primary Care Development Programme, the NHSE Multi-Professional Leadership and Health Inequalities Partnership Programmes work with the Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland (LLR) STP as they develop their approach to becoming an ICS including support for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and individual system leaders, providing individual and organisational development interventions across all levels of the system including oversight and governance and the involvement of democratically elected members and Non-Executive Directors, the three individual Alliances in the emerging ICS in Suffolk and North East Essex, providing individual leadership support and facilitating whole system events, in Oxfordshire focussed on sustainable whole system interventions designed to reduce winter pressures, systems leadership support for the Kent and Medway STP and provider forum and the new models of care programme for Medway focussed specifically on community health services.
