Responsible for accurately processing information and payments for tens of billions of dollars worth of escrowed homeowners' property taxes. Working with thousands of the largest taxing authorities across every state in the US by receiving tax files for automated payment and sending out payment files with payment to the taxing authority. Manages multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive timeframes, since taxes are owed every month of the year. Worked with more experienced peers on specifics of certain agencies and trained many less experienced peers on the processes that we do.Sometimes issues arise and we have to investigate and quickly remedy the issue. To do so, it takes building complex ad hoc reports and tools in Microsoft Excel and Access.

Second stage of project implementation. Assisted in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and creating training materials to assure compliance with government regulations and to maximize efficiency and customer service.Was responsible to research, compile, analyze, then clearly report various operational data that came from multiple sources, including unit production, productivity, and quality statistics.Analyzed current processes and collaborated with leadership in order to redesign workflow and operating procedures to streamline team member effectiveness. Assisted ongoing production and workflow improvement efforts.
