I was in charge of taking raw land through the entitlement process, getting the utility and site work complete, and providing buildable lots for a home construction company that produced up to 200+ homes per year. I was also part of a team that performed extensive feasibility work on potential projects, including conceptual site layouts, building types and ideas, low-impact development ideas, and more. Homestead was an expansive development company that reached many communities throughout NW Washington.
