As an Account Manager, I am responsible for working with our customers to provide them with the best solutions available for all of their security needs.

As the Sales Engineer I worked with our Account Managers to provide them with technical support and system design. I would prepare our proposals for large bid to spec and design/bid opportunities. I was responsible for finding solutions to complex problems our customers were facing and providing solutions. I worked heavily with our Operations department to verify field reliability of our systems and services.

I was responsible for the full production life cycle of our products. I would begin with design consultation with our customers to ensure proper Design for Manufacture and provide lead times to production as well as part pricing. I would then work with our tool manufacturers to design reliable molding tools for our productions or design molding tools from scratch for fabrication in our rapid deployment tool room for specialty, high priority projects. From there, I was responsible for designing the manufacturing process from start to finish, including design and manufacture of all tooling and fixturing. I then implemented continuous improvements in production utilizing Lean Manufacturing methods.

I was responsible for overseeing the Metrology processes in use in the Quality Lab. I would assess the reliability of our measurement processes and implement improvements to increase the robustness of our quality processes. I was also responsible for setup and programming our CMMs to measure new production parts and provide feedback to the manufacturing engineers on how to meet requirements and increase stability of manufacturing processes.
