As an Analytical Lead, my primary focus is improving the advertiser experience on Meta’s many platforms. I’ve lead many complex projects with the support of my team which mostly involve data engineering, feature engineering and machine learning as well as advanced analytics using statistical models. Specifically, I’ve found success by:• Guiding our organization in establishing and understanding our KPIs while providing valuable insights to achieve established business goals.• Creating core data pipelines with the intent of contributing to Meta’s data warehouse for all to use. • Deploying static and dynamic ML models into production. • Assisted in managing the Corporate Finance Group’s monthly releases.• Polaris Project Team Lead (Tableau Tech Consultant) • Lead front end design and development of several senior level Tableau reports. • Assisted in writing SQL queries for large data sets to ensure data integrity and usability in the front end. • Managed Tableau Server to publish reports, design permission process and configure for JS functionality. • Drafted plans to decommission several legacy applications due to Tableau BI discovery and implementation. • Designed and helped implement a dynamic website to host newly developed reports (Polaris).• Gave several presentations on Tableau to Moody’s colleagues on best practices and Product specialist for the client facing FTP data feed responsible for CRs, requirements (design/ validation) and issue resolution. • Grew and directly managed a global team of 15 BSAs/ Sr BSAs who, in addition to requirements documentation and project management work, provide 24/ 7 support for 12 countries in the EMEA region. • Designed and tested many modules within the OneClaim application (Fraud Module, Forex logic, Worklist Logic).• Redesigned and implemented OneClaim Europe’s entire global support structure increasing BSA productivity by 35.7% directly attributing to a minimum op. exp. savings of $1.6M YTD 2015.• In Collaboration with the GCOT VP, regional senior management and development teams, I defined project initiatives and project priorities for OneClaim EMEA maintenance. Used Influence backed by strong track record to get favorable projects. • Created and managed the production of several department issued process documents (11), business process maps (16) and quick reference guides (32) for the EMEA OneClaim maintenance program.• Organized multiple in region sessions in Europe for many of the Global Claims Operations Technology initiatives.
