I have been working exclusively in pharmaceutical market research for over 11 years. For the past few years I have been focussed on digital, both in terms of new digital methodologies for conducting market research and also in terms of leading projects focussed on the digital strategies of my clients.I joined Cello Health Insight in 2006 and my experience of running both domestic and international studies, alongside a business management degree have led me to always look for the right research methodology and techniques to answer the key business needs of my clients. Ultimately I pride myself on delivering a clear story throughout the research findings and making sure the recommendations provided are actionable for the business. My interest in digital methodologies was initially driven by a strong desire to get closer to research respondents and to gain insights outside of the traditional interview setting.I'm equally adept at leading both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and have successfully completed market understanding, positioning, concept and messaging, pricing and opportunity assessment research in the recent past.In June 2014 I completed a 5 month secondment at a client company in the UK where I was responsible for the running and commissioning of market research projects. Alongside this I worked closely with the brand teams to ensure that all internal data requirements could be met, utilising IMS data, homecare data and a number of other sources to build accurate reports of monthly sales (ex-factory and in-market), market shares and new patients.
