Perform in-country networking and negotiations with relevant agencies and government partners.Group responsibility for mineral resource mineral reserve assurance, and public reporting and sign-off as Lead Competent Person (SAMREC / JORC). Mentorship and training of mining technical staff across operations.Work closely with Project Managers on Feasibility Studies for new mining projects.Operate within a culturally diverse executive team (Chinese shareholder) and operational management teams in Zambia and DRC.
