Being in the Residential Real Estate industry for over 35 years has afforded me the opportunity to wear many hats in a diverse set of roles from operational to financial with a long list of responsibilities. My current role has me overseeing revenue maximization, yield management, sales, business development and customer care. I lead our budget forecasting processes for key metrics which inlclude, renewal, turnover, bad deb, vacancy and tenant inducements. I have been a lead on many projects which include the design and implementation of our ERP, CRM, VOIP, contact centre, service request managment system as well as or comptetive analyis and yeild managment systems.
