Started out as a technician and then progressed to supervisor then to management. From 2006 until 2011 I was the assistant manager in which that role had many responsibilities. I was responsible for scheduling and routing of up to 30 technicians. Material ordering, company vehicle inspections, tech truck stock verification, dispatch quality control, and keeping a good standing relationship to our main customers. I ensured that company morale was at its best.
