Involved from the initial implementation and conversion from an existing legacy ERP system, the role includes overall project management, analysis, design, and end-user training in support of all operational areas utilizing the system.•Successfully led the implementation of two major upgrades to the System 21 package and assisted/led the project for three upgrades to the IBM AS400 operating system/new hardware. •Lead analyst and primary support contact for the company’s automated third-party scheduling tools JBA/Infor’s Machine Manager and Help Systems ROBOT Schedule & Replay. •Lead IT/Business analyst for many applications including order processing, distribution, purchasing, and finance. Also experienced in many aspects of the manufacturing and planning processes. Adept at understanding user requirements and designing and implementing system enhancements to meet their needs. Thorough understanding of the JBA software package including underlying file structure.
