I was a Recruitment Consultant in the Key Accounts Team at Experis, as part of the Manpower Group. I was employed as a Case Manager for the Candidate Relation Management Centre within the Defence Force. Provided recruiting and individual case management for a diverse range of Candidates from initial screening to Assessment. I managed a high volume workflow with multiple candidates on a daily basis within the Diversity Team, maintaining a large focus on job matching for Indigenous and young professionals. • Provided all aspects of faults troubleshooting at Level 1 for DSL, ISDN, rebill & directly connected voice products using a variety of AAPT, Telstra & TPG systems. • Communicated with Tier 2 helper groups, IP/Voice NOC & fellow technicians from wholesale related Telecommunications Corporations such as Telstra, Optus & NBN.• Handled Escalations for fault incidents which had breached SLA and required priority troubleshooting.• All facets of 1st level customer service, dealing with a high influx of inbound calls daily including Corporate, Small Business and Wholesale. Owned, managed and resolved customer issues, including: confirming products acquired by customer, provisioning restraints and blockages, rebill and other hosted services in a non-operational condition. Ensured ownership was maintained until resolution.
