I am a conscientious and hard-working individual with a proven track record for performing in high-pressure situations whilst always delivering beyond what is expected.My extensive experience has given me the confidence to deal with people of all levels, including those at a senior level, as well as liaising with various internal departments (including contractors).I pride myself on my strong work ethic coupled with an open and clear communication style, allowing me to effectively communicate with the public or other key stakeholders.I am currently heading up a new division of MEM Recruitment as the Head of Training for MEM Training whilst performing duties as the Branch Manager of the Milton Keynes branch.
