-Implement Supplier quality management ;-Participate in Localization team and make the quality(localization) plans accordingly. -Responsible for management and implementation of 24#(localization plan) document with PM, SM and ENG for each project.-Finish statistics analysis of supplier's performance of each month, work with PPC(Bombardier Sweden) review the international suppler issue..-Responsible for effectively handling NCR caused by suppliers in a time fashion;-Initiate supplier performance improvement projects based on data and fact. -Lead the supplier evaluation;-Responsible of the implementation of BOS and other improvement initiatives such as Q6, BIQ in SQA team.-In charge HSE implementation in SQA team.

1.be in charge of non-Project purchasing (including the Raw material , facility, infrastructure, Mechanical & Manufacture , transportation etc )2. Sourcing of qualified suppliers3. inquiring and negotiate with supplier, analysis of quotation , draft & confirm contract terms independently , tracing the delivery of cargos contracted. 4. Preparation and maintenance of qualified suppliers list5. Review & archiving of purchasing contracts6. Settlement of dispute and NCR with supplier7. Estimation of purchasing materials cost for new project,especially for the New Plant Project of BCP.8. In charge of related HSE responsibility of this position.
