1) Lead team to start feasibility study for new product & mold ;2) Review DFM, mold layout and send to customer for approval;3) Manage communication/changes with customer about all key issues such as technology, schedule, cost, shipment…etc.;4) Support to production department, QC department in handling the processing issue.5) Follow up customer service work & give quick feedback internally/externally

1) Organize manufacturing feasibility study for new product & mold with tooling department & Singapore design team;2) Manage communication/changes with tooling & assembly department about manufacture & technology issues of plastic & die cast samples;3) Cooperate with production department, QC department, Assembly department in handling the processing/quality issue.

1) Communicate with customers(ABB Germany, ABB Finland, ABB England, ABB BeiJing, Schneider Shanghai, Schneider BeiJing, Trimble etc.) for all engineering issues.2) Hold meeting with all relevant departments to finalize mold design, manufacture …etc.3) Make tooling specification according to customer’s requirement for mold design. 4) Manage mold lead time according to customer’s request. Follow up schedule for 1stoff tool sample.5) Plan raw material demand for mold trial and pilot run production, and confirm material lead time with PUR or supplier also.6) Participate mold trial & provide corrective suggestions to resolve tooling issues & assure part quality.7) Inspect & validate molds as per the specification for export after the mold was approved.
