* Serves as the finance head in great China, manages all financial & Legal functions and reports to Country GM and global FD. * Responsible for optimization of the internal control and financial management process.* Coordinates and manage transfer pricing project implemented in China.

* Serves as the finance head in ASIA region, manages all financial functions of 4 entities (2 China legal entities, one Japan legal entity and one Singapore legal entity) and reports to the CFO of APAC. * Manages regional SSC and supports general accounting and reporting services to 6 legal entities within Asia and Pacific region. * Be Responsible for the launch of global cloud-based ERP system (Workday) and business forecast system (tide mark) in Asia and Pacific region, and properly implements the multi-GAAP (US GAAP/AU GAAP/ China GAAP) solutions in the systems. * Coordinates transfer pricing project with corporate tax director and supports PWC in TP audit within Singapore and China entities.

* Leading sales support team regarding billing an invoicing retail customers and distributors (my team directly service 97 customer and monthly billing approximately 1200 invoices), meanwhile managing accounts receivables and credit control, preparing weekly or monthly aging report, coordinating credit insurance issues. * Monthly management reporting, preparing monthly foreign management report under HBⅡ * Expense Controlling and trade term management, maintain a useful data system for controlling all trade expense and non-trade expense. * Business analysis and supporting decision making, to attend all business plan meeting and approving all promotion plan from financial evaluation.

* Projects & Promotional Activity management-financial analysis and proposed solution (for: Online activity “TAOBAO/360buyetc”,Modern trade activity, Yearly promotion plan)* Yearly company special subject research,(INOHERB grew as the top one local cosmetic brand in B2C C2C and modern trade)* Support IPO process. Provide variant financial analysis report to IPO team.

* Prepare and control the expense budget of every retail channels (include: Sales operation expenses, promotion expenses, etc.) * Sales achievement analysis, administration and calculation for relevant sale reward of sales group in the whole country * Manage nearly 100 distributors’ groups , analyze distributors’ ROI figure, compile and complete the regulation for the distributor rewards

* Manage the whole group's fund , compile the application plan of the fund * The daily operation of financial transactions, the preparation of financial reports* Internal audit of the wholly-owned subsidiary once every half years ( Two cement manufacturing companies with daily productivity of 2000 tons or above, a medium-sized real estate investment enterprise, and an environmental protection high-tech enterprise)
