I have managed multi-million dollar budgets while keeping a close eye on fiscal discipline while being courageous to invest in resources to expand technology and services.As a father of 6 children and a marvelous wife, who is a genius homeschool teacher, I am able to maintain calm when life gets crazy and express patience by working with various personalities to build bridges and partnerships with people who may think differently than myself.My method of leadership is to be a servant leader, caring for and investing in the people I lead, and ensuring everyone has a place to express ideas freely and grow professionally.
